🧠 About the Bay Area Psychedelic Network
Founded in 2019, the Bay Area Psychedelic Network (formerly the Psychedelic Club of San Mateo) is a grassroots 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to psychedelic education, harm reduction, and community integration. We are fully independent and not affiliated with the national Psychedelic Club or any other psychedelic organization.
We host in‑person and online gatherings including monthly meetups, wellness workshops, harm‑reduction trainings, and cultural discussion forums. Our work centers on cognitive liberty, informed exploration, and the transformative potential of community.
Rooted in San Mateo and growing across the Bay Area, we remain committed to accessibility, inclusivity, and the responsible evolution of psychedelic culture.

I am Dom, the Founder of the Bay Area Psychedelic Network. As a professional personal trainer and a staunch advocate for the responsible use of psychedelic medicines, I have made the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area my home. The profound impact of psychedelics on my personal development has been the catalyst for establishing a public charity focused on the educational discourse surrounding these transformative compounds.
The inception of the Bay Area Psychedelic Network was driven by a commitment to the principle of cognitive liberty. My experiences have convinced me that when used safely, psychedelic substances can provide a unique lens through which we may view our reality, offering significant mental and physical health benefits. These shared experiences have reinforced my belief in the importance of exploring one’s consciousness in a manner that is secure, organic, and deeply spiritual.
I am dedicated to the advancement of cognitive freedom in a manner that upholds safety and integrity. With the collective support of our community, I am confident in our ability to foster meaningful change.
